Dr. Daniela Fountain

Dr. Daniela Fountain is an Education Consultant with over twenty years of experience driving large-scale academic transformation, including more than 15 years of district and cabinet-level instructional leadership. As a first-generation learner, her path through education fuels a deep-seated passion for creating equitable opportunities for all students and a genuine compassion for learning. By combining strategic systems alignment, data-driven impact analysis, and a supportive, non-evaluative coaching culture, she empowers educators and districts to build high-performing, functional systems that directly elevate student achievement.
